Live in vehicles.

Tell us about what is and what is not considered a live in vehicle please, we've identified, (on the old forum), that a Luton Van is bending the rules beyond snapping point, even if one pitched a gazebo on top of it.
What about a people carrier, seats out and airmattresses in?

A live in vehicle is one which is particularly adapted for camping.
This would include a caravan or mobile home.
It would not include a car, van or people carrier.

Well it says here on my ticket... and I quote:
LIVE IN VEHICLE DEFINITION: Live In Vehicles are: Campervans, caravans, trailer tents, buses and vehicles specially adapted for sleep.
Nicely!
You had me worried there 'Tulip', I thought I'd have to sleep in a tent with my arthritic knees playing up!
Now then what's the rules regarding tents adjacent to a Dubious Live In Vehicle, I have family and friends with me.

From the FAQ above -
'If you have bought a live in vehicle pass and would like your friends to camp near you, you can have up to 2 x 2 person tents or 1 x 4 person tent pitched nearby.'
I would agree your claim that your vehicle is 'live-in' is slightly dubious. However if you have paid the additional fee I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to avail of the facility. You will have to keep the vehicle static in the live-in area until Monday morning but apart from that I can't see a problem.
