so you'll remember that i have been VERY rude about fuck buttons on here
and quite, quite cross altogether
but something has happened and i have completely changed my mind
i'm a man, so i can't even claim it as my prerogative
but i have been listening to street horssing
and it's good
possibly VERY good
so there you go
i stand, sit and lie down corrected
and may well do all three in the folkey dokey tent on saturday while they're on
fights like apes are rubbish though, aren't they?

Yes,an excellent album which grows on you,supposed to be really good live.
Strong line up in the folkey dokey tent on friday with o'death/cave singers and i'm hoping war on drugs don't clash with sennen.

I know it's just a case of getting old when I say that I prefer a band to attract attention through the quality of their music rather than a controversial name :-)
Thankfully my 7-yr old daughter disliked the music also so I won't have the problem of her telling her friends about any new discovery. Fortunately Crazy P had shortened their name just before she fell in love with them at a festival last year, and a slight edit of the earlier albums in iTunes keeps it so :-)

Definitely one of the best sets of the weekend, good on the organisers for booking them! Maybe we can have black dice next year??

I stumbled across a Fight Like Apes gig before and thought it was really good fun, this was not there best gig I think- definitely wrong stage/wrong time. Folkey Dokey before Archie Bronson say, would have been better. Same with Sennen - they both night bands.
