Just wondering are the headliners of each stage on at the same time?

Pretty much. The main stage headliners go on slightly later, so you could catch a couple of songs after the sets on the other stages finish.
That's how it was last year anyway, I defintly caught 1 or 2 Robert Plant songs after watching the Battles set.

the rumpus room goes onto 4pm and the green man cafe stage goes onto 5. The bonfire is lit at sunset each night and burns until sunrise and people gather round that area right through the night. Lots of acoustic jamming sessions and general silliness.
They have opened a new all night bar called end up which has a piano in it. So something 24 hours really.

how come green man cafe stage stays on so late, is there stuff on there after the headliners?

They had some acts on at the Cafe after the headliners last year (anyone know who those two harp playing girls were?) and the bar stays open late.
