I think the beauty of Green Man is the quality of the unknown bands which Jo and Danny select to perform and this week i've got the Revenge Songs album by Jacob Golden --a beautiful record[maybe a darker Simon and Garfunkel sound] and also Owl service sound excellent.
Another couple of months to explore new sounds.

About 6+ years ago I went to a gig and he was supporting - this was before he played under the Jacob Golden name. He was dishing out free promo CDs that contained an amazing song called, I think, Jesus Angelina. I loved it but had fogotten about it until right now! I just have to remember what the old band name was now so I can find the CD when I get home!

Very true...I've seen Jacob Golden a couple of times in the last twelve months, he's a great bloke and 'Revenge Songs' is excellent. I'm well chuffed he's on the bill.
