I am really hoping that both Alasdair Roberts and Tunng plus any others above play this year. To be honest last years line up is a hard act to follow and so far this year there isn't much that I am really passionate about! Does anyone agree??

I unfortunately couldn't go to the greenman last year, but am this year and think that tuung would be an awesome band for the festival. I saw them at mosely folk festival last year for the second time and they were amazing. I also think the bees would of made a pretty good headline for one of the nights..maybe next year....

Kind of - see my thread on the unofficial board. However I'm sure I'll come across some great but previously unkown treats over the coming months as I trawl through the myspace pages of those on the line-up. Well impressed by Caribou so far - sound perfect for a sunny summer afternoon (and it IS going to be sunny)

Yes Caribou is one of my must sees- I saw them supporting the Go team(who I really can't stand but got given freebies) and was v.v. impressed then a friend of mine saw them in New York about a month ago supporting Fuck Buttons- he again said they were ace. They had great visuals too. I'm really interested in seeing Damien Jurado and Simone White as not seen either before-I've just ordered a cd of each from Amazon . I'm sure there are lots of bands to still be announced so not really worrying. The festival is such a great experience anyway.
