Getting Fleeced for Having a Camper Van

Hello I accepted having to pay £35 for a live in vehicle ticket as I presumed they would take up more room (not compared to many tents there) and having to lay tracks etc. However no tracks were laid and when the inevitable rain came and the field inevitably turned to mud most vans got stuck. I assumed the tractor pulling vans out was paid for out of the £35 pounds extra we paid, no we had to pay an extra bloody £10 to get towed due to the lack of tracks. Cheers Jo + Danny for making me feel royally skanked, at no point on the website or the ticket did it mention this additonal charge for getting off site.
