Monday moorningzzzzzz!

... Are rubbish. I still feel schleepy, the weekend flew by far too quickly, I'm hungry, its too early for lunch, far too early for a beer. Suppose the weather's supposed to improve this week... At least that's something to look forward to.
Anybody else fancy joining me for a moan?

YUM food time... It's all the talk of Pieminister, can't wait for the Thai one I tried last year!..
What else are my fellow GreenManers looking forward to?? Pies and Laura Marling for me, not all at once though... That'd be greedy.

Today was a particularly lousy Monday morning. My eldest daughter & her boyfriend have got jobs with Eurocamp for the summer, which is fantastic & we look forward to visiting them when we are in France in July. What wasn't fantastic was having to get up at 4.30am to drive them to the airport. I don't do mornings at the best of times. Ouch!!!!!!!!!

Ouch indeed i don't envy the 4.30 start! On the other hand Eurocamp will be a brilliant experience for your daughter. I can remember friends of mine doing something similar in England 'Forest School Camps' or something and they said it was amazing. They often started out going there as kids and when they were bigger kids, 'adults' even they started to work there every year.
Hope you managed to get a good sleep today! The weather seems to be perking up so all in all i'm a happy camper today... Still can't get Thai pie out of my head, when i arrive on site come August I'll run like Linford Christie, tunnel vision and all (a lot lot slower obviously) to get my pie.

Agreed, looking forward to (in no particular order)..
All the lovely music
Rumpus room
Pies
Sardines
Chai
The Crazy Tree
That little drumming wigwam
The campfire and the new piano bar, groovy
Lively debate whilst out of my tree
Splendid, see y'all there. x

Thai pie?! Missed that one last year, sounds mad but may be worth a munch.
Looking forward to setting up camp, this year with added girlfriend, brand new gazebo and all, Thursday eve in the courtyard quaffing the Wye in anticipation of the coming days festivities, the PM hunger queue, mid-day cider induced snoozing, warm showers, clean loos...
...and music.

... I hear from a good source that there may even be another pie stall this year. I know there a few good ones around, maybe even better than Pieminister!! SquarePie and PurePie are a couple I've tried before, but the latter was definitely better for me.
Yum a Pie off!!!!!!!!

It most certainly wouldn't be too early!! Normal rules don't apply during the festival... I would have had a pie and a couple of beers by now already.
How about for you Fergal, are you a pint after lunch fellow?
