Funny tummy

Did anyone else leave with a less than happy tum.
I am soooo glad I didn't stay the Sunday night otherwise I would have spent the early hours of Monday morning wrapped around a portaloo ... ewwww.
Anyway, 2 days off work I think I know which food stall I'm pointing a finger of suspicion firmly at. My friend was ‘lucky’ enough to throw up a couple of hours after eating, that’ll teach me for laughing and pointing ….

Name and shame, I thought the Paella stall (Jamon, Jamon??) was poor. Boney, anorexic chicken in the Valencia version and bland dry seafood in the ...er, seafood one. Pure Pie was better than Pieminister, fish and chips were very tasty, Thali Cafe was very nice and less irritating when the DJ shut up, Lamb burgers from Extreme Organix were nice, and that's all the food stalls I visited.

I had a funny tummy too, something which is unusual for me, as I have the constitution of an ox! Woke up Sunday feeling decidely grotty, and slept in the tent til 2pm, had some juice, then slept again intermittently all day. Luckily I managed to hold it all in until I got home!!
I ate the same as my partner, and as we are veggie, can't point my finger at any of the food really. I was careful to sanitize my hands after trips to the loo etc but i guess bugs just get about.

Yep - I too have Green Man gyppy tum.
Don't think it was the food though.
Maybe I ate some mud in my sleep.

Well, I'm pretty sure it was the paella, that was the last festie food I ate because we left early on Sunday and then came back later (live local). Like I said, my mate puked not long after eating it. Rice is bad for re-heating and I wonder if they just had it sitting around all day because the weather was so crap on Saturday?

I'm sure it was the paella. My veggie on was cold. I ate some of it cos I'd just spent the money and was hungry. I didn't have the bad guts but would have if it had been chicken/sea food version of that I am certain. That big wok is a bad idea! The paella was the only thing that seriously p'd me off....it was then , on sat, that I realised that I was cold and wet...if it hadn't had been for that paella I would have seen Richard T and super furries but after that cold stuff I went back to camper van and we cooked up hot veggie chilli and somehow couldn't brave it again! I blame that paella...and I blame it for global warming, 9/11, world poverty and AIDs...

agree about the paella - no dicky tum but no nutrition either - just chicken bones (which looked like big meaty chunks from a distance, hence the attraction) - fish & Chips were ace though and pretty much the same size/price as they would be from any other chippy.

I suggest sticking with the burger next time. The organic one, in front of the gate towards the Cafe, was fantastic!!! Best burger I had in ages.

I'm suffering big time. It started on Sunday and is just coming to an end (I hope). I've been laid up on the sofa all day. I'm confused though, as I'm veggie and only had a pie, soup and falafel. Groan. I'm kind of glad I'm not the only one suffering - I thought I was a wuss!
